Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at WATESOL 2017! Your professional services provide a valuable resource for the attendees, and we are excited to include you in the program.

We are no longer accepting exhibitor packages or advertising. Thank you to the vendors who are supporting our conference this year.

Be in touch with us if you would like to exhibit with WATESOL in 2018.

Location of the Exhibitors’ Hall

The Exhibitors’ Hall will be in O’Connor Hall, which is located on the first floor of Main Hall.

Parking Information

Parking is free and you can temporarily park in front of Main Hall to unload. Detailed instructions on parking regulations are found here.

Please note that University policy is as follows: “All visitors’ cars are restricted to visitor parking lots and must adhere to published and announced rules and regulations. Illegally parked cars will be towed at the owner’s expense. The UNIVERSITY will not be responsible for damage to vehicles, vandalism, or theft of a vehicle or its contents.”

Exhibitors’ Timeline

7:15 - 8:00 am	Set up exhibitors’ tables (O’Connor Hall in Main Hall building)
8:00 am	Conference registration begins.
3:15 - 5:00 pm	Co-occurring in the exhibitors’ hall is a Snack Hour as well as a Poster & Technology Session. (Presentations also occur.)
5:00 pm	Exhibitors’ portion of the conference concludes with a raffle. If you have items available for the raffle, we are happy to include those.

If you reserved and paid for an exhibitor’s table, you will receive

A table for your materials (please bring your own tablecloth)
Access to an electric outlet if you requested one
Name badges for representatives for which you registered (this gives all registered exhibitors access to breakfast, lunch, and a coffee break)
