Your professional services provide a valuable resource for the attendees, and we are excited to include you in the program. Overview The Exhibitors’ Hall will be in the Payden Academic Center at Trinity University, which will be the main building for our conference day and where the majority of the sessions will take place. We will be using Payden’s large, comfortable lobby space for exhibitors, where there is ample space for your displays. Exhibitors will be able to park directly in front of Payden to unload. In keeping with our mission, we aim to ensure that there are adequate presentation slots available to practitioners of the WATESOL community to share best practices and current research. As such, presentation slots for Exhibitors will be available on a first-come, first-served basis subject to availability. Purchase an Advertising Package Advertising Packages If you would like to advertise in our Conference Program but will not send representatives to the conference, we offer several options. Date for Exhibitors at Conference: Saturday, October 6, 2018 Location of Conference: Historic Trinity Washington University is located at 125 Michigan Avenue NE, Washington, DC; you can find driving directions to campus here. Location of the Exhibitors’ Hall: The Exhibitors’ Hall will be in the Payden Academic Center at Trinity University, which will be the main building for our conference day and where the majority of the sessions will take place. We will be using Payden’s large, comfortable lobby space for exhibitors, where there is ample space for your displays. Exhibitors will be able to park directly in front of Payden to unload. A campus map is available here. Parking Information: Parking is free and you can temporarily park in front of Main Hall to unload. Detailed instructions on parking regulations are found here. Please note that University policy is as follows: “All visitors’ cars are restricted to visitor parking lots and must adhere to published and announced rules and regulations. Illegally parked cars will be towed at the owner’s expense. The UNIVERSITY will not be responsible for damage to vehicles, vandalism, or theft of a vehicle or its contents.” | Conference Timeline:
