This Proposal Writing Workshop, led by Heather Weger, Ph.D., will provide strategies and tips for writing proposals for submission to various conferences, including WATESOL and TESOL. Participants will review models of successful proposals and examine the rating process used for proposal acceptance.
Participants walk away with a draft of a proposal, which they can submit for WATESOL 2019 and/or TESOL 2020!
Open to both new and experienced proposal writers! ALL interest areas including K12, Adult Ed, Higher Ed, and NNEST will be discussed. NNEST caucus members have the additional benefit of a second set of feedback by NNEST Caucus proposal reviewers.
This is a two-and-a-half-hour synchronous online workshop. Laptops or tablets, high-speed internet, and access to Zoom are needed to participate! Please bring any proposals that you have started on your own and would like to review.
